Mondeau Bathroom & Kitchen

I bought the Baccarat soaker bathtub. It did not fit in the allocated space in my framed renovation area. Mr Lee, was very knowledgeable and his recommendations were on point. He advised us to purchase a similar bathtub which was in their warehouse which meant i had no 3 weeks delay. That certainly would have stopped the renovations. His thoughtfulness is the reason why i am giving 10/10

Bought these less than one year ago brand new as part of a bathroom renovation projects.

A new bathroom should last a few years before showing problems... this is just wrong. Clearly this product's color does not last...

And they say you should encourage local entrepreneur...

Service was excellent every time we went to this store. Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They also are great on returns if new parts have manufacturer defects. They also were very flexible when it turned out that our tub spout was not long enough and helped to find another model that complemented the style of the sink faucet that we did not want to change.

The Gatineau showroom is rather small but contains a good enough amount of popular items. The service is convivial: each customer has to take an appointment with a salesperson to select necessary items. In consequence, ounce you are being serve, the appointed staff stays with you as long as necessary to make appropriate choice. I did not feel any pressure to buy and i got well informed.
