Anpaq created a sunroom out of a 4th main floor bedroom - im quite certain that reno is what helped me get above-asking price when I sold. nice job..long time ago but just learning about Homestar now.

ANPAQ was recommended to us by friends. We found Michel and his team great. Michel himself is friendly, approachable and honest. He takes pride in his company and the workers he employs. His turnaround time with estimates and calls is great. And whenever we had a concern he got back to us with a solution right away. His staff are great. Stefan, his site manager, is also great, efficient and skilled. One of the things I valued is that I always came home to a clean and tidy site. Invaluable.

Anpaq has done several renovations to two of our homes. They basically doubled the size of our previous home, and they completely remodelled our current home. Their work has always been outstanding, on time and on budget. In addition, their workers have been uniformly friendly, polite and tidy. We've recommended Anpaq to several friends, who have all been very satisfied with their work.

Anpaq did $60K renovations to my house and gave me a 5 year guarantee. Several things were done wrong, the floor of the addition did not match the level of the floor of the adjoining room, the doors were installed on a slant, the wall where the old house and new addition met was poorly insulated, the support for the new backyard deck was weak. Anpaq said it would repair its poor work. It kept delaying work and once told me their worker told them the work had already been done despite my calling to tell them it had not been done. After complaining to the BBB Anpaq said it would reimburse my repair costs. After sending the bill, I was told the owner of Anpaq sold the company. The new owner said he would not pay. The BBB said it could do nothing.
