An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
As a first time home buyer, there were many anxieties that we had regarding this life changing purchase. Paul Wilson ensured that any and every concern that he had was thoroughly explained to us throughout the inspection so that we understood the gravity of the problem and how to fix it. Paul was continuously asking if we understood, if we had any questions or concerns and if we were comfortable with the explanation that he had given. He was very thorough in his inspection, ensuring that every corner, nook and cranny was inspected. Knowing that we have 2 small children, he was sure to relate any concerns to "This wouldn't be ideal for the small kids" which was a great reassurance for us. His ultimate goal was to give us the most comprehensive and complete inspection of our prospective new home and to ensure our satisfaction. After each section of the house, we sat down and discussed and once the inspection was complete, I received a detailed report on everything that we discussed so that nothing was forgotten or overlooked.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Mr. Wilson's services to others and use him again myself in the future.
