I am not one to write negative reviews however I couldn't leave my initial review as is. While our experience started out positive, and likely would have stayed that way had there not been issue, it quickly soured after repair cracked. What started with apologies and promises to resolve changed to excuses for delays, 3 years of chasing, misunderstandings, and gaslighting. Be sure to get everything in writing should you choose to deal with.

So happy we contacted Pat for this job! I had requested quotes from several service providers which came back with a $30k spread leaving me quite disheartened. Pat assessed the problem and clearly explained the problem simply and proposed the required corrective action. Pat and his crew completed the repairs quickly (shy of 3 days) and did an awesome job! They were always on time, great to deal with, and always left worksite clean at the end of the day. I have no reservations recommending this company- they won’t disappoint! Thank you Pat !
