Did not fix problem after assuring there would be no more leakage; leaked in after very first rainfall after completing the work; clearly, the issue had not resolved. Did not stand behind his warranty. Condescending and argumentative at times.
Would never recommend to anyone!

I initially contacted PCS waterproofing to fix a V crack in my basement wall around August 2017. After some negotiations Chris offered to repair the crack by injection for 725$+tax with a LIFE_TIME WARRANTY. On September 12, 2017 he came over and drilled the wall along the crack at a few spots and injected some foam that seemed to be polyurethane. Even though he refused to clean up the drilling dust or scrape the excess foam from the wall, I paid him the full amount with a cheque. Since then, until February 2018, even though I never spotted any leaks the crack seemed to be wet year round. After the leak I tried calling him on his cell phone a few times without luck. I sent him two emails on March 19 and 22 and he responded on March 23 saying that he was busy and would get back to me within a week. Since I did not hear back I sent him 2 more emails on April 9 and 11 asking him to arrange a time to come and fix the crack. He again mentioned that he was busy and could set a tentative date for around mid May. I responded that as long as he set a tentative date I could wait until then. Again I did not hear back from him. On April 29 I specifically reminded him his legal obligation to honour the warranty and asked for either a repair or a refund. On April 30 he got back to me saying that he would set a date later when he came back. The day after he sent me another email explicitly refusing to set a date or mention the willingness to fix the crack or refund me and instead told me to do whatever I want. So after almost 2 months of communication he still has not honoured the warranty nor has he articulated the willingness to come and fix the issue or refund me. I am disappointed not only by their poor workmanship but with their lack of integrity.

Very friendly and helpful until it's time for warranty work. Spent a lot of money placing a French drain throughout our basement. Detected a leak while replacing carpet, a leak that was CLEARLY within the area in which the leak was detected. Pictures send to him proved that. Chris asked us to rip the wall apart (no thanks Chris, we did that when you were here originally) to see source of leak which was obviously from the outside...no nearby plumbing or spillages and has yet to fulfill his warranty obligations. I haven't heard back from him in over a month so I doubt that he will. In short, poor workmanship and lack of business honour. STAY AWAY.

Our cold Cellar flooded extensively after ice storm earlier this year. We contacted Chris and his responded quickly through email. He is extremely efficient, asking for pictures of issues before arriving to physically review and make recommendations for immediate solution and optional long term prevention as weather changes. Chris and his team were efficient and finished on time. We would not hesitate to recommend Chris.

Being a business owner myself, I can say that Chris is honest and PROFESSIONAL. I recommend him to my clients, family and friends any time I get a chance !!

Talked to Chris after getting other estimates. He explained everything about the repair to stop our leak in the basement, He was very pleasant and honest - the other companies were not. He arrived on time and the repair was done in a timely manner with no problem that they couldn't handle. Basement was left clean and we were informed about what to do to maintain the repair which was basically looking after the pump - the rest of the repair needed no other maintenance. Chris and his helper were friendly, informative and excellent at the job they were doing. I would highly recommend PCS for any basement work.

I contacted CHRIS from PCS waterproofing when it was discovered that I had leaks in my basement plus water seepage from outside my water wells . He immediately came in and identified the issue,informed me of his plan ,supported me throughout the entire ordeal and dilengently completed the job. After the work was finished he reviewed every aspect of the process with pictures and thorough explanations [ as I had to leave on an unexpected trip before completion] . Chris came in on time, did the work well and it's been working great since.I got several quotes before going with PCS. way cheeper. the crack was fixed 2006 and i have no issues since.
