I used this cleaning service for about a year. Never had any significant issues until the last cleaning. The cleaner scratched my wood table, to which I reported this to the company. Their resolution to my complaint was to end our cleaning arrangement. I don't know how you can be successful in a buiness whereby you don't deal with the customer issues. I did forward my complaint to the Better Business Bureau & they chose not to respond.

As you know I have offered to address the situation yet you continue to ignore us . In our opinion posting such a negative review like this is tantamount to bullying . As you also know the lady who serviced you and who I trust and have known a long time denied scratching your table and I believe her . I feel she has always been honest with us . Therefore in this situation we had to make a judgement call . If we thought the cleaner was lying we would have not only compensated you but would have had to fire her as well since we cannot keep a liar on staff . We owe that to our clients . Homestead Maid does not go around causing damage and not dealing with it to the satisfaction of the customer . We would most likely not still be in business after almost 30 years if we were to act that way . I encourage you to call us . Thank you .
