Connex Electrical

Positives: Unlike several other electricians I tried, they sent someone as promised, in good time. Guy was courteous, and his apprentice helped but I wasn't charged extra.

Critiques: On the phone, I was told "This is a simple job." But it actually became a fairly costly job, because of time and materials required. I would have liked an estimate before work commenced. Maybe I needed to be explicit. Also, I thought I was clear enough about the placement of the plug, but it was put in a less ideal place. These and a couple other small criticisms I pointed out to the company...not that it made much difference in the bill.
