I hired this company called Three Little Pigs Masonary because I was looking to refresh my front porch. I know I made the right decision because the end result is amazing and I'm very happy. First I spoke with Barbara, office manager, she was friendly and thorough of the process of the project. David the owner explained what he would do in detail and was very professional. Team member Rhett did a really good job, and professional.
I would recommend this company because of the great customer service, friendly, professional, trustworthy and the quality of work.

I hired Three Little Pigs to repair some mortar that had been damaged on the exterior brick wall of my house by a leaking downspout. Over time, water from the leak caused the original mortar to erode away in multiple places, leaving significant gaps and cracking. Given the damage extended all the way up the wall, stopping only about 5 feet from the soffit, David advised that he would need scaffolding for the job. His crew dropped off the scaffolding and started work only a couple days later. Armando was the lead on the project and did an excellent job. His attention to detail was very high and he was thorough in grinding out the problematic mortar and replacing it. The replacement mortar blends in nicely with the rest of the brick wall now and it is barely noticeable that any repairs were done at all.

While 3LP was on site, I had them revisit a job they did for me in summer 2020, which was to replace the flagstone on my front steps. In the two years since their original work, we started to see some crumbling with the mortar joints where the treads meet the risers. When I mentioned this to David, he stood by his work and told me he would have it addressed. He directed Armando to grind out all the original mortar joints from that 2020 job and replace them.

As he did on the brick wall repair, Armando took great care on this front step tuck pointing as well. The repaired flagstone mortar work looks excellent - visually consistent and with a tougher blend of mortar that looks like it will stand the test of time. David fully stood behind his teams work and addressed my concerns comprehensively and with the same professionalism as he and his crew brought to the original job. Im very happy with the work 3LP has done for me.

3 Little Pigs did an impressive job with the repairs of our foundation. The "3 Little gentlemen", Billy, Danny, and Rhett were professional and meticulous. We were very pleased with the end result. I highly recommend this company.

We had two significant cracks in our foundation and we knew a corner of our house foundation would have to be rebuilt. We had no idea which masonry company to call until our neighbours told us that "Three Little Pigs Masonry" had done work at their place and they were happy with the results.
So.... from the first email sent to Barbara then to David's first visit to our home --- we KNEW we were "in good hands".
Workers came and went for almost two weeks and they worked hard. We appreciate the assistance, efforts, expertise and work of Armondo --- Anwar, Billy, Danny, and Josh.
You, collectively, turned a scary/stressful situation into something very good. Each person we interacted with was caring, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and professional. Thank you!

This review is overdue but nevertheless want to thank Jesse and David for a job well done with our retaining wall in the summer of 2021. This is the second time we hired this company to get a concrete job done and we are very satisfied. Jesse worked very hard and we are very thankful to him for his time and attention to our project. I was quite nervous about this job as I need to get it done right the first time and appreciate David coming out to check things over and make sure it was done right. The project was done on time and area cleaned on job completion. Thanks Jesse, David and team!

i am very pleased with this company and the work performed. The price was reasonable. Communication was open and honest. The actual project was done professionally and properly, no short cuts. Every step was explained to me in detail. Clean up was perfect. I would recommend this company to everyone.

We had a concrete pad installed in our backyard and the job was completed in a timely manner. David, the owner came by to see our property and then provided us with a detailed reasonable quote. The fellows who installed it were very professional and happy to answer any of our questions. Afterwards the area was cleaned up amazingly well!!! We contacted 3 little pigs for a quote on a substantial project that we needed done (foundation repair and rebuild of garage wall, chimney rebuild). David and Barbara were very helpful in providing a quick and fair quote for the work that needed to be done. They answered all the questions that we had promptly. Jesse, Josh and the rest of the crew were true professionals. This was a lengthy repair but the work was done with a high level of quality. They were always polite and respectful and made sure to close off their work area in a safe manner (we have young children so we were concerned they they would be curious about what was going on) Overall, working with this company was a positive experience. I would not hesitate to contact them again for any future masonry / foundation work.
