Three Little Pigs Masonry

Three Little Pigs staff did fantastic and thorough work on new parging blending well into existing work and also completed parging repairs. They do really great work!

This is the second time we have used TLP. The first was for a chimney repair in 2017 for which we were very satisfied.
the work this time was to remove and replace our front steps. Dave (the owner), reviewed the work and advised that for our work it would be best to replace the steps entirely rather than resurface. Given his experience, we accepted the recommendation.
During the course of the work we met several of the employees and our experience with them is as follows (there were a couple of others who also helped and we also acknowledge their good work, but unfortunately do not remember their names):
Daniel - he made sure the demolition and subsequent pouring were done correctly. He never rushed and made sure every detail was taken care of before moving through each step of the work. He paid attention to detail of the overall work, including making sure the final back filling and grading were acceptable.
Sam- looked after the building the forms for the cement pouring. Thanks to his experience, he recommended a layout we had not considered and which turned out to be considerably better than what we had originally envisioned. We went with his design and were very happy with the result. The day after the cement was poured, Sam came by to check that his framing had been satisfactory and that there had not been any issues with the pour. That is a sign of someone who really takes pride in their work!
Steve - did the cement finishing. He took his time to make sure the finish on the deck and steps was done properly and not rushed. Even though the pour was later in the afternoon, he did not rush to finish up and took them to complete the finish properly. The results speak for themselves as the final appearance shows the effort.
There are few exceptional contractors and this is one of them. All of the workers were skilled and competent and the pricing was reasonable for the work delivered.
We have used them twice now and both times they have delivered exceptional results.

We had TLP come to redo the parging on the foundation of our 40 year old home and to do some tuckpointing to repair cracks in the brick facade. Darren did a great job, cleaning up all the dust and mess every day. The work looks great.

TLPM is a top notch company and we highly recommend it. All personnel we came into contact with (Dave, Barb, Scott, Chris, Nick) were professional, knowledgeable, polite and informative. The stonework looks amazing and has transformed the look of our home. Our neighbours are impressed too. Dave and team did a great job. Dave, took time to come over for a consultation, understand the scope of work and gave a few suggestions which we found very helpful. He answered all our questions, came over to clarify and explain during job progress, took steps to correct errors and make sure all was good before the concrete was poured. The finishing on the porch slab was incomplete and we appreciate that after letting Dave know, he sent someone to finish it and the end result is good. Barbara, Bob, Rhett, Danny, Wallace and team worked hard, were polite, kind and friendly. Thank you, Dave and team!

Jessie and his co-worker did an excellent job and quickly replaced all the crumbling bricks on the side of our House caused by improperly installed front steps to our porch. They then installed a new weeper system to prevent any future water damage. They started the project at the end of October and worked very hard to complete it even though it was very cold. I am very happy with the quality and speed of their work. Jessie and his co-worker were very professional and Barbara was also very responsive to my many questions. Three Little Pigs Masonry is a top notch company and I highly recommend their services.

Excellent experience with 3 little pigs! From the first consultation with David, we knew were were in good hands - we were impressed with his knowledge of the masonry industry and trends across the country, and we really appreciated his recommendations RE: options for our property and the job we wanted done.

Jesse and team performed the work quickly with excellent results. They repaired my chimney, added a coping stone to my chimney buttress, and replaced the bricks around some of my windows.

I contacted Three Little Pigs Masonry to provide a quote on two chimney repairs. They responded promptly and supplied me with a professional, detailed quote for the work. I hired them and they gave me a timeline for when I could expect the job to be done. They called me ahead of time to let me know when they would be arriving and explained the timelines. They did a great job, (the chimneys look amazing), and they cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. Everyone at the company was so helpful and professional and I would definitely recommend them.

I contacted this company via HomeStars and got a quick response and quote for the work. We were replacing a Brick step that was deteriorating and TLPM did a great job in dismantling the old & prepping the new step, ( Employee Danny did a great job) and then did a great job in pouring and finishing the new step ( Stevie did great work in the step). Once this was cured, Danny came back and took down the boards and then finished the step. It looks fantastic. We are going to do our Driveway next year in Concrete and will be using this company. I highly recommend. A special thank you to Barbara and David for keeping us in the loop while the project was going on.
