Three Little Pigs Masonry

David was very knowledgeable and offered great suggestions as to what needed to be done. The team that completed the job were excellent. Even though it was cold out they did not cut corners, they were well organized, on time and courteous. At the end of the job they asked asked me to review the finished work to ensure I was completely satisfied. I would recommend Three Little Pigs to anyone needing similar work.

We required a total rebuild of our front steps and wished to have our split level driveway widened. This required they take down an existing retaining wall, remove 3'x16' worth of earth. They dug deep footings for the new retaining wall, added rebar and poured a beautiful wall with a step down to the sidewalk just as we had described. They also pulled up a second driveway of brick that we were removing and demolished the crumbling staircase we needed rebuilt, along with a new path that would leave us with a garden. With the incline of our property, the footings they dug and poured will ensure that neither the stairs or path shift over the years and the finished product looks GREAT! Their staff are friendly and dedicated to the high quality they provide. We recommend them to anyone - this was our second project with them and we couldn't be happier!

We hired Three Little Pigs Masonry to repair some exterior stucco and to remove some concrete blocks. We were amazed how fast they completed the job, and most important it looks great. Overall a very pleasant experience. Our home now has a dry basement and looks fantastic!

Our condo corporation hired Three Little Pigs Masonry to repair masonry walls and caps in our common areas. They completed the work in a timely manner. Chris was the primary worker and he was hard working and respectful of the property. We recommend Three Little Pigs Masonry and would use them again.

I contacted Three Little Pigs to assess and repair the concrete corner of my foundation, re-parge the foundation wall with a much more solid/stronger finish than what the builder originally provided (which had crumbled/broke off), as well as to repair several severely cracked mortar brick joints (tuck-pointing) around the house. I also had them re-caulk all my windows, doors, and brick-flashing.

After emailing some photos and description of my issue, David came out the next day to assess my situation in person. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, educating me on the differences between the more stringent provincial building codes versus the lesser GTA codes, which had caused the problems my house had. He was able to advise and recommend long-lasting solutions (drawing from the differences in standards), and did not recommend things that weren't necessary. David was also very patient in answering my numerous questions.

Chris who performed the masonry work was very professional, friendly, and skilled. His finished work is amazing, as he paid attention to small details (color matching for tuck pointing, making sure not to miss any areas that could be a concern, grinding hard to get areas of the foundation for parging, etc.). We had lots of different spots where the mortar between the brick had cracked, and he did not rush or skip any of them. He also put up scaffolding to access the 2nd and 3rd floor patio/balcony, rather than going through the house, in order to keep it clean for us, which we really appreciated!

From start to finish the whole process was very stress free with constant communication throughout from Barbara, David, and Rob (including late in the evening and the weekend!). Chris and other crew came everyday to work on the house, and the company made sure I was happy with everything before "finishing" the job. The work was done efficiently (a few days) and at a very high quality (very big difference from what the builder provided). The Three Little Pigs is a real masonry company with real masonry experience and knowledge, which really show in both their recommendations and workmanship. They also stand behind their work, and provided me with a 5 year warranty on the parge and 10 year on the repaired foundation corner and tuck pointing work, which gives me additional peace of mind! If you want peace of mind that things are done properly and strong, I would highly recommend TLP. Thanks to the entire TLP team!

After getting multiple quotes, we got the best vibe from Three Little Pigs. Jesse came out quickly to provide us with a quote, and even returned a second time to walk through everything with us. Unlike other companies we looked at that sent over sales reps to provide quotes, Jesse had first hand knowledge of what was possible and was part of the crew doing the actual work!

We had a significant amount of tuck pointing that needed to be done, 4 window sills replaced, and grinding/parging of the back walls of our house. The end result was fantastic-- couldn't be happier! They were also awesome at cleaning up at the end of every day, which is a big deal given the tight spaces between many houses here in Toronto.

We even had a few last minute additions to the project they were happy to accommodate. These guys were great to work with and would highly recommend.

We were looking for a contractor to repair our exterior front porch columns. After discussing with numerous other contractors on the work to be done, and them all suggesting cosmetic patches, we called up the Three Little Pigs and discussed the project with them. They were upfront and said that, yes cosmetically, making those changes will work, but are only hiding the underlying issue and you will be repairing it every 2 years. They recommended removing the bricks and replacing it with stone. The Three Little Pigs told us exactly what was happening and why the bricks needed to be replaced. Upon hearing this, we booked the job. The entire transaction was great. From quoting, to purchasing, to project management, to installation was a great experience. They were able to answer all of our concerns right away. During the removal, they ensured that all of the safety concerns were taken care of and any questions that we had during installation was also addressed. The installer (Chris) was fantastic and showed us exactly why the columns were crumbling, and needed to be replaced as opposed to repaired.

I would recommend the Three Little Pigs for any type of masonry work and will be using them again in the near future.

We were able an estimate right away, with Darren suggesting several possible approaches to consider in tackling our rather complicated front porch rebuild. Rob acted as Project Manager, keeping everything on track and on schedule. Communication was great throughout. Work was professional and workers unfailingly courteous, and any questions we had were quickly addressed. No regrets.

They were able to repair the builder's poor workmanship and made it look all original again back in 2015. After a couple of years of settlement there were some minor repointing / rework when I called David came right away and schedule the work within the next couple of weeks. Everything looks like new and colour matched, very pleased they were able to back up their warranty.
