Garage door needed servicing. Owner himself came and did the work. Door is perfect now. Will use this garage door company on an annual basis to keep garage door working properly and safely.

Have a 15 year old door that after at least 30,000 cycles broke a cable. They wanted $250.00 including parts and labour to repair the broken cable after 5 PM. Their video on the website is laughable and they try to instill fear where they show a overhead door crashing down on a vehicle. They had to disconnect the springs to stage that as doors do not just free fall when open. If this was happening can you imagine the human cost in deaths and injuries and the cost to the car insurance industry with all the damaged vehicles. These guys are a joke, stay away unless you like to be ripped off by a couple of clowns.

Had problem with door opening 6 inches and stopping. Tried a few things on my own as per the internet but nothing worked. Called Charles and he was very professional and honest. Turned out that all I needed was a tune-up. This company has amazing customer service and I so appreciated their honesty in what was wrong. I will faithfully be calling them every year to come around for recommended yearly maintenance to avoid problems in the future. Thank you Charles!

Very happy with the products provided by AAA door guys. The installation was very professional and tidy right down to the spacing of the staples that secure some of the wiring. Cant say enough good things about how happy we are with our new door. True professionals who really care about their craft and go the extra mile to educate the home owner. Would use and highly recommend these guys.

For good quailty and superior service i reccommend THE DOOR GUYS,, They are local boys that understand what service is about,, They carry good brand name doors, competitavly priced and take pride in there work and complete it in a timely manner. upon compeltion of the door install and emergency key release they even recommended another fella to cap the outside of the door with aluminium to protect further from the elements and make the garage look that much better for a minimal fee,,Our home looks much nicer from the street now,,and is much warmer with the insulated door, I have an electric door opener which they also hooked up for me to the new door, and installed a door minder that flashes a light inside the house to let me know when i have forgotten to close the door,, (a cialis moment as my son calls it) hehe,, It was a pleasure doing business with these guys and would recommend them as have quite a few of my neighbors had their doors done since seeing mine..
