Called him before Christmas as my washer would shut down mid cycle. He came that afternoon - he replaced a part that didn't fix the problem but he was honest enough to take the part back and said he fixed a possible block in one of the hoses. A week later the problem returned. I called him back as he stated during his visit that he has a 30 day labour guarantee. His cell phone reception was very poor so I had to ask him a few times to repeat himself. He became very impatient and rude. Stated he doesn't know what the problem could be and will have to call me back in a couple of days once he looks into it. That was two weeks ago. I still have a washer that needs repair. Be prepared if he doesn't fix your appliance problem the first try and you have to call him back...I'll never call him again nor will I recommend him to anyone. So disappointed considering other reviews rave about him....

Sorry to hear that you are unhappy, I believe this might be a case of miscommunication. I hope you can understand that as we're on the road a lot, you may catch us at a bad time with poor cell reception. Our policy is to call back a few times when more convenient, but it looks like in this case perhaps the subsequent calls were missed.
