The appointment was made through an actual person; the job was checked out and an estimate prepared; a date for the work was set; the work was done in less than two hours; old fixtures were removed.
A minor issue was reported and later looked after.

Additionally the workers looked at the possibility of changing a shower head in the basement; they pointed out a couple of things I would not have thought of, and it is a job I may proceed with. If so, I will call this company.

From the moment I called, the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and professional, setting a positive tone right away. The plumber who arrived was right on time, very neat, and respectful of our home, which I really appreciated. He was not only knowledgeable and efficient but also personable and friendly. He even took the time to offer some helpful tips, which was a nice touch. I forgot to get the name of the gentleman who came to do the work, but he is a great asset to his employer not only in his ability to do the work extremely well but also as a representative of his company.

The biggest surprise? My dogs, who normally HATE strangers in the house, actually liked him! It's true what they say about dogs having a sense for good people.

We had our kitchen, bathroom and shower taps replaced. Work was done in a friendly and timely manner. Everything was left in pristine condition. Would highly recommend.

They took care of all of the logistics with the city and explained how everything would take place. They took a complex process and made it seamless. We had an emergency on a Sunday where the old tank started leaking and my husband was away next day. Vaillancourt to the rescue! We bought the tank and Alex showed up 30 minutes later. Couldnt be happier with the service and professionalism. And the cost was comparable with others that we looked at booking before the emergency. Cant recommend them enough!
