Oliva Carpet & Rug Cleaning

I had a bit of an emergency and needed my carpets cleaned quickly. They were very responsive, amazing service and got my carpet looking like new again! Ill be bringing them back for the rest of my carpets!

Oliva is good in communicating once you book them, the workers are on time and again communicate the time of arrival. They accommodated our request of doing the upstairs one day and the downstairs the next. They were able to get the marks out that a previous carpet cleaner didn't, very knowledgeable staff. They were able to get the majority of areas of broadloom clean and the ones that didn't come out as well they let us know. Next time we won't wait as long in between cleanings as we got a little lax, no dog anymore so we waited a bit, we miss him but you know there is always something when you have pets ! We'd definitely have them back again in the future

Ben came to our townhouse and cleaned all the upstairs carpet and stairs. He did a great job and the carpets now feel very soft and refreshed. This is the 3rd or 4th time we have used Oliva Carpet Cleaning and have been very happy with the results. Thanks Ben!
