Home Inspection - pre inspection

Home Inspection review in Hamilton

We've used Allen several times now for pre-inspections on homes we were looking to buy. He's absolutely fantastic! So friendly and knowledgeable and really helped me understand what we'd be taking on with each home. We would recommend him again and again and his pre-inspection service is so perfect for this crazy housing market.

No attention to detail

Home Inspection review in Mississauga

Absolutely no attention to detail. Allan overlooked several things I had to point out myself, including a large Crack in the basement wall. Very disappointed. Worst 450 dollars I've spent all year.
