They came recommended by a friend and his father in law, whom I know does not mess around with bad companies. Tom did the estimation and was happy to answer questions by email afterwards, the crew showed up on time and did a great job with the foam. Some touch ups needed after but Ron and his assistant took care of it all in fantastic form and I ended up with a basement well insulated (even better than expected) and, most importantly, much warmer than the sad fiberglass batts it replaced.

Terrible customer service, unprofessional , please use another company. I used this company through the Efficiency MB Program.

Company was great to deal with. Adam came down to do an estimate and the job came in at the same price. The guys that showed up to blow insulation in my attic showed up on time, did a really good job and answered all my questions. They even put more insulation in the attic than what was required, giving my attic a higher R value. Very pleased with their service. They were recommended to me by my brother who also was very pleased with the service they provided.

After having our hydro eco energy grant evaluation done in our home we discovered we did not have any insulation in the exterior wall cavities of our home so we began the search for a contractor. A coworker told me about Warm Home Insulation ltd and we decided to give them a call. They responded to our estimate request right away and were on time for the appointment. They also took care of all of the measurements and paperwork that hydro would need for our rebate. They were always very professional, and prompt in their replies through phone and email. The products they use are also great quality. We are expecting a decline in our heating bills thanks to the work they have done.

After consulting with Adam at Warm Home and being told that there would "probably be no charge" because they couldn't blow insulation into my walls, I received a surprise phone call saying I would be charged anyway on top of what I had already paid in full for another job on the property. Apparently, they did get "some" insulation into one wall, yet this new invoice does not indicate how much.

Furthermore, I received a rude email from another Warm Home employee saying that the cost of using the far-infrared scanner to assess how much insulation was actually in the one wall was worth far more than what I was paying so they weren't going to bother with the assessment.

Would definitely not hire them again and would certainly not recommend them! I got some major attitude from the receptionist as well when I asked for references before I even booked the job and that should have been my hint to go elsewhere right there. I will pay more attention to the warning signs next time!

Put in bat and sprayed-in insullation in roof of a 1 1/2 story house. They were prompt, thorough and helpful in both the pre-inspection and application of the job. I can't think if anything bad to say about the whole experience.
