Arcamm Roofing, Insulation & Eavestrough

We discovered a leak this spring due to aging shingles and Ray took time out of his weekend to come by and assess/repair the situation as best as possible. Unfortunately, the shingles were beyond repair and had to be replaced ASAP. Ray took the time to explain proper installation techniques and got me a quote within a couple of days.

He arranged to get his guys out on the May long weekend for roof replacement so that I wouldn't have to wait 2-3 months while my roof kept leaking. Great customer service and competitive pricing. Sure you'll find other companies that can save you a couple hundred $$ but trust me you may not get the quality installation/peace of mind that you would from Arcamm.

My wife and I recently had our roof replaced by Arcamm Roofing, and left with what can only be described as a truly fantastic experience from beginning to end. That said, here's our takeaway after everything was complete:

First impression/initial contact: Ray was an absolute pleasure to work with. Prior to our roof replacement, my wife and I performed an exhaustive search on roofers in the area. After several meetings with multiple companies, Arcamm stood out way beyond the rest, primarily due to Ray's extensive knowledge, honesty and continual contact with us. We peppered him with so many questions, and he always dedicated his time to patiently answer all of them. Truly a stand up guy, five stars here.

Roofers/installation: Truly a great bunch of guys, and and all assets to Arcamm. The team that came to replace our roof were courteous, respectful and did an incredible job replacing our roof. Despite the wicked weather, battling the cold, rain and snow over the course of the installation, the guys braved the elements, demonstrating their dedication and experience to the job. Well done boys, top marks here.

Final product: After the Arcamm team wrapped up their work, our roof looked absolutely amazing and were very happy with the final results. Every time we pull out of the driveway, we find ourselves admiring our new roof, and the quality of workmanship in illustrates.

The Bottom Line: In short, Arcamm can only be described as a five star roofing company that I have already recommended to our friends and family. From Ray's candid honesty and wealth of knowledge, to the roofers and final product, our experience with Arcamm can only be described as a flawless experience. Well done guys, keep up the good work!

I contacted this company for a quote and they were here very quick and offered a great price and explained all the details. On the day of the install, they showed up, and worked hard throughout the day. They made sure that everything was extremely clean at the end, and completed a very professional job, also explaining the process and the products. Very impressed with them.

I had Arcamm's office take my address down and came by as promised with a reasonable quote because when I checked with our friends more then 20 homes on her street were redone by Arcamm that were done 7 years ago by another company that didn't do it right and Arcamm Roofing fixed everything and if he was good enough for that many people on the same street than he is good enough for me and boy did he and his crew ever do a great job

Start to finish Arcamm Roofing, Insulation & Eavestrough was extremely thorough, professional and explained in complete detail of what to expect and has since come back on a service call during a strong windstorm which is why I am writing this and they came back within a reasonable time and replaced the blown off shingles even though the wind was registered above the specifications and wind warranty. I highly recommend Arcamm Roofing as this is my 2nd roof and with my previous experience I realize how amazing this company truly is and they are scheduled to do my windows as well.
