Atel Air Heating & Air Conditioning

ATEL Air recently installed an air source heat pump with three units in our home. We are very happy with their work. They provided us with four quotes to give us an idea of the possible ways of giving us air conditioning and heating in our home, which doesn't have ductwork because it is heated by electric baseboard heaters. They also directed us to a green energy grant, which we are hoping to receive. They were very professional and friendly, answered all our questions, and did an excellent, clean installation (their crew knew their stuff). We are looking forward to using the new equipment.

We just had Atel Air in to install on On Demain hot water tank, and we are very happy with their work. Right from the intial quote they were very professional, the installers we also great and took good care to keep the place clean. They were all very friendly, and removed our old tank as well. They even surprised us with a gift basket after the work was done. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for heating and air conditioning.

From the first phone call we made we received very good customer service. Tricia spoke to me about the duckless air conditoners and sent Dwayne out our way to talk to us and do some measurments to see what air conditioner would work for us. Dwayne sent us a couple emails back and forth and because of there excellent service we didn,t look any further. Dwayne asked us when we would like it installed and we said we would like it sometime in April and April it was. The boys that installed it was the best. I own a home that is over 123 years old. The HVAC system was a mixture of forced air, electric baseboard and electric fan heaters. The furnace was brand new but was feeding an "octopus" forced air system. Atel Air was able to overhaul the entire forced air system and eliminate all electrical heaters in the house plus extend the ductwork into the finished loft. There were some unique challenges to get the ductwork into places that never were intended to have such a system but the guys were able to figure it out. Now I don't have climate change as I walk through the house!

Since building our home 30 years ago, Atel Air have been our trusted service installer and provider. Prompt and professional, we never have to worry about the quality or cost, it is reasonable and top notch.

I contacted the boss from Nova Scotia,was treated cordially and since I didn't even have possession of the house, very fairly.Bill gave me three different options and explained the benefits of each.The Technicians were totally professional and did the whole job in a normal workday.They never left a bit of debris anywhere and looked like they took their job to heart.As a bonus I was able to Qualify for a Government Grant and when it was pay up time we got a nice gift basket!! HUGE recommendation to AtelAir! We had a Central Air system installed today along with the ecobee digital thermostat and lifebreath ventilation fan. They were on time, professional, efficient, cleaned up and explained the thermostat with calm patience. This company has quality units with professionals who know what they are doing! ATEL Air advised us we should replace our furnace. They came in a few days later and replaced the furnace for us. It took them just a few hours to finish the job. The job was very well done and the staff was courteous and very helpful.
We have dealt with ATEL Air several times in the past few years with minor repairs to our furnace and servicing our air conditioning unit, which we purchased from them fifteen years ago.
Always a pleasure to deal with this company and we would recommend them highly.

One day installation of replacement furnace and air conditioner. Programmed new WiFi thermostat. Installations including duct work was very neat. Work was completed in one day, technicians removed and recycled old units and cleaned up everything before hey left. Could not be happier.

Very happy with our new tankless water heater installed today.
