Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

My basement had water from a pipe that had a leak. I called at 10:30pm for help. I was so worried as thought the leak was above the ceiling.
A young man named Tyler called me back in no time and said he could come within an hour. Tyler was so kind and advised me of problem which made me calm down. Tyler was so happy and explained all he would do and got it done in less than an hour. He sang and whistled while he worked and just had the best personality you could ask for in a situation where I was so worried that he made me feel so much better.
Roto Rooter Management , please compliment Tyler (do not know last name) as you have an excellent , hardworking person in Tyler. He even had to come at 11:30pm to do the work and was in better spirits than most people are at any time of the day. I have never had such great customer service ever and also eased my mind. I would definitely call Roto Rooter again and of course would ask for Tyler if in any way possible. Price was reasonable also considering so late at night. Keep up the great work Tyler.

I had started a project of installing a shower stall. This project had popped up as an emergency after numerous other removations. When it came time to set the base, we were to tired of reno's to do what was needed. So we called roto-rooter to see if they would set the base for us. It would take a skilled person no long. Turns out they would only charge for a full reno and my quote was 1700-2500. I was astonished. I was able to do the work myself in about 3 hours with a total materials cost of $25.00. The technitian did not seem very friendly and was hard to talk to. While showing him the job he had no intrest of doing it. I feel I was quoted so high so that he did not have to do anything more then rod drains. When asked why it was so high, he said it was for the brand name of the company. Never again!!!
