I purchased a century home last year and it's quite large in size. By the end of last winter, I noticed the furnace wasn't putting out the heat set on the thermostat. Today I woke up to a chilly 65 F although the thermostat was set to 70 F. At this point I called Ardent heating and cooling, spoke to reception and requested a service call to inspect and rectify the problem. The receptionist passed the phone off to Jason who was helpful and walked me through finding and replacing my old filter. My thermostat indicates my house is back at 70 F and the assistance Ardent provided didn't cost me a dime. Also, Jason emailed me an electronic copy of my owners manual for future reference. If I have any other issues with my furnace; I'll be calling Ardent again.

Thank you, sometimes all someone needs is to get some information, I don’t think its necessary for someone to spend money for a service call on the really minor things that can be helped over the phone. We do our best to do basic troubleshooting whenever necessary and in this case it helped us earn a customer for life!
