one room done well all others satisfactory

We are a Mississauga family who used this cleaning company yesterday for the first time and are VERY UNimpressed with the professionalism and cleaning we received. :(
We paid $250 for 6 hours of cleaning. It was very much just surface cleaning. My daughter does a better job at deep cleaning the washrooms than what we received from Sunrise Cleaning services.
When I arrived home, the washrooms were surface cleaned but there was still buildup on the toilet. I couldn't believe my eyes. I've had cleaners before and this was a first. I've taken a photos & if i could post them here I would. There was HAIR & DARK buildup left behind the toilet seat of a washroom that was 'cleaned'. I then called Sunrise and spoke with Kasia. She listened but was quick to say things weren't done as well as they could have been because we needed them to use eco friendly cleaning products. SO don't ever ask for eco friendly cleaning because you they will use it as an excuse for a poor cleaning job. OH and the cherry!! When they first arrived they had asked for the cash right away... I was confused as I am in the service industry and run a business myself and know payment upon completion is how it works. ESPECIALLY when it is the first time with the company. The reason they wanted the cash upfront was because my " credit card didn't go through" so I proceeded to give them another which again "didn't go through." This had to be something on their end because I know for a fact the second card defiantly works. so maybe something on their end wasn't working. I showed her i had the cash ready but was willing to pay once the service was completed. 20 minutes later the cleaner handed my daughter her cell phone with someone from their office on the line asking to give the cleaner the money now as the second card didn't go through either. My daughter gave her the $$$. I figured calling post cleaning and letting them know about the poor job they would send someone out to come take a look or have one of their cleaners come back in within maybe a week (this fair) to clean up the few things they completely missed. There was one washroom that was done well, EVERYTHING else was satisfactory.

We have a 100% customer satisfaction policy in place. The reason why Kasia initially did not offer a redo of areas in question when she spoke with you yesterday is the fact that the cleaning ladies were told by the person who was home to use a solution of vinegar and water exclusively despite the fact that they had a set of 5 task specific Eco-friendly cleaners with them. Kasia brought your concerns to my attention and even though the poor job was not a result of our wrong doing I instructed Kasia to contact you and offer a redo providing that we can use our Eco-friendly cleaners or our conventional cleaners or your cleaning materials, but not vinegar and water only as we cannot guarantee that the cleaning will be done to our standards when the cleaning ladies are allowed to use only vinegar with water to clean kitchen grease and bathrooms. Kasia left a message on your voicemail with this offer at 2:00 pm yesterday and send an email to you at 5:00 pm yesterday, however we have not heard back from you yet. Please contact us at your earliest convenience to resolve this issue. In terms of credit card problems, we currently use Costco (Elavon) payment processing software to process credit card payments and authorizations. As we do not have any control over how this software works, I will ask Elavon to find out why there was a problem with processing your authorization yesterday.
