I am a first time customer of Naiad Irrigation Systems for winterizing my irrigation system. I used their online service (easy & fast) . Their communication back to me was excellent including to advise me that there would be a delay in winterizing of my system due to the cold snap. The follow up was as promised. They understand customer service extremely well - I highly recommend Naiad.

From the initial design meeting through to the install and recent winterization, Naiad was unfailingly professional, thorough and courteous. Each year I have Naiad winterize and set up my irrigation system. I always book in advance so there’s no stress. I love their automatic reminders that are emailed, so I never have to think about it.

Great customer service from this company. I had my sprinkler system winterized by Naiad this year. It went as planned until I looked at my completed receipt and noticed it said 5 zones were completed (I had 6 zones). I notified Naiad to see whether this was a typo or if in fact they only did 5 zones. The manager got back to me immediately and said they’ll send someone back out tomorrow to redo it just to be safe. Very satisfied our overall experience with this company.
