NAIAD is amazing. From communicating constantly (ie. reminding me the day before to turn off my water) to texting me right before they arrived the day of service, to an emailing letting me know the job was done.
They are professional, courteous and get the job done correctly!

I accidentally broke off my basement tap while turning off the system prior to winterization. The plumber came out after the blowout had been performed so I had to have Naiad come back for a second blowout which they did for free!
I really appreciate their consideration and will be a dedicated customer in the future, nobody does these things anymore and so it was really very appreciated.

The Naiad tech (Aidan) a little late but quickly made up for it by analyzing the requirements, proposing a solution, getting sign-off on solution and working on the install. The work involved replacing the leaking downspout and manifold and replacing the controller. The tech spent time showing me how to use to controller & iPhone app, and ensuring I understood the various functions.

I really appreciated the text letting me know that Chris was on his way, and also the photo, for identification. Upon arrival, Chris asked if i had any concerns, went over the entire system, adjusting heads for accuracy, and checking for any repairs. He was very professional, polite and did a great job. I would recommend Naiad for all your irrigation needs.

We had some sprinkler heads that needed changing and booked a spring startup to have them come and fix our sprinkler heads and only set up a few lines. We were told all would be done but when he showed up to do the work he quoted us over $500 and left without it working. We were able to speak with the company over the miscommunication and they came out and fixed everything and got it working! They were great to work with and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They were quick and left everything clean.

Chris was very professional with the work he did and explained what needed to be fixed and why and the cost of each thing before he did the work. Overall Chris did an excellent job and we were very pleased with the work done!

Naiad crew have always serviced our water system, well informed & paying attention to detail. They patiently took the time to educate us on our irrigation system in our new home, addressing our endless questions.
Checking out our system, advising us on maintenance & replacing defective parts while making adjustments as needed. Gave us information on the latest timer to update our system, appreciate this. Naiad has serviced our system spring/fall & continue to be pleased with the crew's work ethic. Thanks again.

Our experience with the crew and staff have been nothing short of excellent., 10 out of 10 in every category. These folks go above and beyond and take the initiative and care to their clients and the companies reputation as they would towards their own properties in caring for your property. It's so wonderful to see efficiency of communication between office to service staff flow with such respect for each other. Amidst our -40 weather recently, a crew arrived to rid an area that accumulated a bit of drift making it difficult to back out of our garage, promptly within 24 hours notification. Efficiently and carefully with a small plow truck around the courtyard wall and then manually grooming it by shovel and a personal conversation with myself to ensure it was to our satisfaction, our driveway was immaculate!!!!! Excellent customer service Naiad Management, Myles, Jeff, Ray, Jason and office staff.

Naiad Irrigation is the BEST business around! They have been doing our sprinkler blow outs for many years and if you want impeccable service and dependability, these are your guys. They make the process so easy and keep in communication every step of the way. I book and pay online, they send reminders, let you know they've been out by sending a photo, they leave flags where any problems exist, inform you if there are technical concerns (like broken heads). They send reminders to book services at the appropriate time of year, which I need and appreciate! Finally they offer discounts if you book online, by specific dates...now who doesn't enjoy saving a few bucks? I know many people who have their snow removal service and LOVE it. Naiad is a small, hard-working, reliable Calgary-based company that lives and breathes customer service. Check them out...you'll appreciate their professionalism and the peace of mind!

I have had a system for the past 13 years and have it regularly winterized. My service is always done reliably on time as expected and instructions for the home owner are very clear . I had a sprinkler head that wasn't spraying as it was supposed to and in the Spring it was fixed with no issues.
