We have used their services for about 17 years. From install to maintenance their crew has always been very professional . I like the fact that they give you a window of time and call when on their way . I recommend them whenever I can.

We are happy with the NAIAD service. They were quick, on-time, efficient and professional. The price was just under $100 - a small investment to protect an expensive sprinkler system. We'll use NAIAD for spring set-up too.

They came blew out the line all while I was at work. Couldn’t have asked for better service. As I’m at work long hours I don’t have time to take time off.

I Like the convenience of scheduling on-line and the web page is easy to navigate with pick lists that help you zero in on the service. When contacting NAID by phone Coordinator is vey professional, personable and helpful.
Work is done on the day scheduled.

After a number of years as a Naiad customer for irrigation services I found myself with my lawn aeration scheduled after my sprinkler winterization. I asked the week prior to my winterization if Naiad could simply mark my sprinkler heads during the winterization. They refused claiming they did not have the time nor the flags for marking during the winterization. This ended up being very inconvenient for me as I was out of town at the time. I was left quite disappointed with Naiad's service given that their website states, "We take care of every single detail to give you peace of mind, and ...we put our customers front and centre in everything we do".

I love doing business with Naiard. I don’t get lots of emails from them but when it’s time to book for our irrigation fall blow out I will get an email. I love that I don’t have to remember or look up their number. I can book on line or over the phone. The staff are friendly and helpful. I have been using Naiard for years. My dealing with them mostly online has been effortless. They are a trustworthy Company!

Made life easy being timely and easy to deal with. Have had some issues with system and they were able to fix it at reasonable or next to no cost

I had an old system with many broken lines. The staff that came out were excellent at finding and fixing the breaks. All very hard working. I did find later that one sprinkler still wasn’t working properly, however, I believe I can take the head of myself in the spring and replace it.

Was recommended to use Naiad services to help me with winterizing my irrigation system. They came next day. Lee was awesome.. all zones were stuck open and previous company said it wouldnt work. But Naiad to the rescue, will definitely use them in slring to help me get my system up and running..thank you Naiad!

Every year I have Naiad come and blow out our sprinklers. I book it online and they show up when they say they will a just do it. What could be easier.
