I was having problems with another company with my irrigation system. So I decided to try Naiad I signed up online, which was nice because it was quick, I got an email back the next day confirming my appointment. When they came they were very through checking that everything was good to go.

We started using Naiad 13 years ago and have never considered changing to someone else because we are very satisfied with services provided. The price is reasonable and the work has been done on time with efficiency.

Very professional service from start to the finish. I had booked my service online which was very easy, prepaid the service. They sent out a confirmation email and they a reminder email the day before. The tech was on time, had all the necessary tools to complete the job. Once completed he provided a quick follow up with myself.

I have used NAIAD for 2 winters now, and will do so again next year. Their online booking system makes it easy to choose a time-frame that works for my schedule, as well as the predicted weather forecast. The NAIAD technician comes into the yard, does his thing, leaves a tag on the hose bib and it's a done deal until the spring when I fire up the water again. Thank you NAIAD for a seamless winterization and one less hassle in the fall.
