Capital Contracting & Remodelling

Great work, great suggestions, everything was on time.
I would highly recommend Terry and his crew from Capital Contracting. We bought an older condo for the size of our unit. We came from a big house which we renovated and were able to sell over asking price. and knew renovating is worth the cost. Our previous contractor was retired and hearing the horror stories about bad contractors had us worried.
When we started our project we were not enthusiastic about the whole process. Getting estimates following up on references etc. not something we had the time or energy to do.
Then we got a cold call from a representative from Capital Contracting, we don't usually like to deal with companies that cold call but the timing was right so we made an appointment to get an estimate. Terry came over and we were impressed, he met all our needs, his references were very happy. We went to see a job he had recently finished and it was beautifully done.
We renovated two bathrooms and the kitchen and we are very happy. Our family and adult children all approve, even though they were sceptical by the way we met Terry from a cold call.
We highly recommend Terry and Capital Contracting.

The workmanship was excellent. They provided ideas within my budget on the renovation design. The lead workman Greg does great work and is very pleasant to deal with. The condo staff commented how polite and cooperative the team was. The work was completed on time and on budget. I am delighted with the end result and would definitely recommend Greg and his team.

Excellent materials and workmanship. Work done in timely manner. Both bathrooms were totally gutted and refitted in about three weeks. Arthur, foreman, handled condo red tape diplomatically and efficiently. Workman Greg was nice, punctual, a perfectionist. Good follow-up and some extras by owner Terry. They're condo specialists.
