Shocked! I have been a customer for over 40 years now. We purchased a maintenance plan for 2018. The maintenance was done in Jan. 22, 2019. We purchased a new maintenance plan again, this time for 2019. In Jan. of this year I called to ask when the maintenance would be done. I was advised that they are trying to change maintenance calls to a less busy time of year.
However. Jan. 28th was the date agreed to for our 2019 maintenance.
My furnace quit working on Jan. 26/20 and I had to call for service.
Apparently, it quit due to a dirty filter. Taking care of the filter is part of the maintenance plan. Shortly thereafter I received an Invoice in the amount of $100.57 for the service call. Had my furnace been maintained according to the terms of our agreement I wouldn't have needed service.
I was told this is my fault. Very disappointed!

Hi Marilyn, thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback.
We truly appreciate your loyalty to us for your HVAC needs for all of these years! Because you are so loyal to us, we will reimburse the service call out fee as we do empathize with your frustration in booking an appointment for the furnace's yearly maintenance check up.
We do recommend that for the most efficient and dependable furnace function, homeowners should check and replace their furnace filters every 2-3 months depending on home environment.
Our office will contact you directly to further discuss.
