This is what I would call the perfect service. Tony came rapidly (and on time) to evaluate our needs. We wanted to change an ugly bow window, and replace 5 storm windows plus an outside door. He never pushed for replacement but was looking at offering the best quality material at the best price. We got several quote and he came twice cheaper than some (!) despite offering much better quality windows. We also paid what he roughly estimated at his first visit, there was no added cost. He associated us with all the step of the fabrication of the windows, advising me when we didn't know. His contractors came on time, worked fast and properly. The windows and door replacements were done brick to brick, ensuring proper sealing and insulation. Finish is perfect.
