He is friendly, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. His customer service is second to none. Also, he gave us a very good price. As it came closer to the time of installation, we wanted to double check that the carpet we had chosen we still wanted so Mark very kindly came to our home again at a time convenient to us and we decided to go with an upgraded carpet. It looks just beautiful! He helped us choose the carpet and gave us all the information about this particular carpet, etc. I will definitely refer him to all my friends. The second time Mark came to our home, I had a friend there to get her opinion and she said to me she will definitely go to Mark and Victorious Flooring when she changes her carpet later this year or early next year.
