The guys are polite and punctual. At the beginning, a staff told me that the work will take around 1.5 hours, but they are so fast, all had been done within an hour for a 4-bedroom house, is that clean enough? God knows. Some reviews say that the good work should take at least 2~3 hours... what do you think?

Thank you for taking time out to leave us a review. I have tried to reach you to explain but could not get hold of you. Just few facts to understand it better.
It could take more service time for the same size (sqft) houses depending on not limited to how many main lines, how many hook ups, how easy the access and how much build up is there.
For example a 2000sq house with 2 hook ups which already had previously ducts cleaned would take way less time for same size 2000sq house with 5 hook ups which never was done in 20 years and had renos done. So you can not just say that unless you spend 3 hours in a 2000sqft house its not cleaned right.
But of course there would be red flags and concerns if a company would be cutting corners by not cleaning each individual main lines (supply and return) not doing all the necessary hookups and access openings not cleaning the Joist lines, jumper boxes and j channel.
