Cipollone And Son Ltd. Messaging And Phone Are Invalid On This Listing

After much research and deliberation we decided to go with Cipollone & Son. We had our first sales visit from Dale with the sample boards. He was very courteous and knew his stuff. I had some concerns and questions after the sales visit and called the contact number where I spoke to Amy(great person and personality)...who then connected me with Steve, the owner. Steve was very patient with us and walked us through the procedure. We agreed to go with Steve(who was also there on the job, broken finger and all), they came over and did an excellent job with the roof. After the job was completed, the area was CLEAR of all the debris.....We were very pleased with the hard work the guys put into the job. I have since recommeneded this company to a friend who also got a good quote and now has a beautiful new roof.

Steve came highly recommended from a neighbor, and did not disappoint. The quote was extremely competitive, and the service was outstanding. The crew was quick, friendly, and when the work was all done, they left the site virtually spotless. I would not hesitate to call Cipollone & Son for any future work, and have already recommended them to family and friends.

This company is so in tune with customers needs it's very refreshing to see that in todays world. The sales rep went on my roof and gave e a quote then took the time to answer all my questions. The other quotes I received were not nearly as imfomative nor did they take the time like John did. Cipollone and Son were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive, they were right in the middle and the work done was second to none.

I had many quotes Cipollone and son were very competative. They were on time and the roof looks great. The sales rep John took the time to explain everything from the sales process to the reroofing and warranty. We had our job quoted by three companies. Even though Cipollone and Son had a very competitive price, it was their outstanding customer service that won us over. There was clear and frequent communication via email and phone (Thank you Amy and Steve) and they delivered on every promise.

Ultimately, it is the work that is important. They were efficient, hard working and did quality work. Their pride in what they do is easy to see.

We had a couple of estimates done. We decided to go with Cipollone and Sons ltd. Steven, was absolutley professional. The crew was remarkable good, and to my surprise no mess, or a single nail was left behind. Great jobs Steven, keep up the excellent work.

They put on the 30 year shingles and it looks great.

Cipollone and Son quoted a good price and compleated my roof on time. The sales rep John really knows his stuff and went far beyond his call of duty. I'll want my basement renovated in January Cipollone and Son will be doing it. Thanks guys!

My roof leaked into my dining room, ruining my ceiling 4 days before Thanksgiving. I called Cipollone & Son and spoke to Amy she told me that it would take approximately 24 - 48 hrs before she could get anyone there, I explained my situation and she said she would have some there within the next few hours because it's an emergency. When Steve and John showed up I explained to them that I have 10 people coming for Thanksgiving dinner, they told me not to worry they would have it as good as new before Thanksgiving. Steve and John then put a tarp on the roof to stop any more leaking until it was repaired. They showed up the next morning with another man named Tommy, they ripped down the whole ceiling removed all the wet and damaged parts then replaced all the drywall and plastered the walls and ceiling. The three of them showed up the next day and completely tarped off the whole room then sanded and primed all the walls and ceiling and then used this weird looking machine to stucco the ceiling, when that was done they cleaned up for the day and left. During that day a big dumpster showed up in my driveway as well as the shingles they ordered for me. So by the end on the second day I'm nervous cause I think there is no way the dining room and roof will all be done in one day but Steve assures me that it will be done in time. By the next morning John, Tommy and Steve were at my door ready to finish up and shortly after that a truck and car pulled up to the house 6 people got out and next thing I know they are on the roof ripping everything off. A few hours later the painting and clean up were done inside and the three started to help finish the roof. By 6pm the roof was done, the ground was clean; I paid Steve and thanked everyone for such a great and fast job. A little while after everyone left a truck came by and picked up the dumpster. I even got a phone call the day after Thanksgiving from John to make sure everything went well and that everyone like the job. Thank you to everyone at Cipollone & Son. You made this Thanksgiving the best one yet.
