I had to reshingle my roof and hired a big named company who sub contracted the job to Cipollone & Son. These guys did a fantastic job with great attention to details and the small things. When I asked about something or if I thought something needed some attention they were more than willing to talk to me; I was usually just ahead of the curve and everything got done as I expected. Installation was done just right. They even painted the brick flashing to match the colour of the replacement roofing flashing.

Steve was able to help us when another contractor left us stranded. He's always really busy (good work does that), but he fit us in anyways. He and his crew did a great job on our roof, suggesting improvements at no extra charge. They were tidy, protected our lawn and gardens, and cleaned everything up afterwards. Steve's crew was also great, polite, and very respectful.

Cipollone and Son Ltd laid ceramic floors in two of our bathrooms and the laundry room and we are very satisfied with the outcome. The floors look great and Steve was very precise with his work, and the place was spotless when he left. Looking forward to having Cipollone and Son Ltd renovate the kitchen in the near future.

Our bathroom renovation was completed in a timely manner and is stunning. I received help choosing the materials and helpful suggestions in the design. We are thrilled with the end result.

We are now contemplating laminate flooring and I will be calling Cipollone and Son to do that as well. Wouldn't call anyone else.

Steve was very flexible to MY hours of work and was more then willing to come late in the evening to give me the quote. He did an amazing Job. I have no experience in picking out tiles and tubs etc. but Steve was more then happy to Give his opinion and it worked out Great!!! He and His Crew were so Polite and Hard working. With all the rain this summer I quickly found out my roof had a leak I called a contractor to come in and patch it. He told me I would need a whole new roof but for a $200 he could put a tarp on it to stop the leak until the rain was gone and when he had an available day to reshingle it, and that the $200 price would come of the price of reshingling the roof. He quoted me a price of $9200, I felt that might be a high price and that he was taking advantage of me because of the leak and the rain. I called four other companies that came and gave me a quote they ranged from $9200 to $6850. Cipollone and son price was $7000, not the cheapest but they were a long standing professionally run company unlike most of the other roofing companies that came by. The salesman spent the time to show me pictures of my roof that he took, explain to me the problem with the roof and walked me threw the process of reshingling my roof step by step. After talking with the salesman I felt confident that this is the company to hire to do my roof. The salesman and I signed the contract and I gave him a small deposit cheque and I was told that the work would start in 2 days and would be done the same day (Thursday). Thursday morning there was a knock at my door, the workers were there to start, After speaking to the salesman I did some homework on what to watch for and what to expect when your roof is being reshingled so several times threw out the day I would go out and spend some time watching them on the roof (spying) and I was very surprised to see how professional and accurate they were, so much so that the ground was cleaned of everything even all the nails when the roof was done. When the work was complete I gave them a cheque and a little while later I received a phone call from the salesman to ask if I was happy and if there were any questions or concerns, I did have a few questions most of which he answered on the phone and the other ones he came by the next day and explained in person. I've had many renovations done by several different contractors over the years but I have never had an experience like that where even after the job is done they are still willing to go out of there way to answer my questions. I highly recommend this company to all my family and friends. If you’re looking to have your roof done give them a call you won't be sorry.
