The housing market in Guelph is insane, I refused to purchase a house without an inspection. John was incredible, available on short notice, extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions. I can't say enough about him. Would definitely use him again, and will recommend him to others.

We appreciate your comments. Yes,the market is "hot" making it difficult for many buyers. We agree that that opting out of conducting a home inspection could be a mistake when you are making the largest investment of your life.
