My parents are pensioners and purchased the TransGlobal Service plan through Enercare to cover repairs in their home.
November 22, 2015: My parents' oven stopped working
December 8, 2015: A repairman from TransGlobal came to look at their oven and said he needed to order a part.
December 22, 2015: My parents finally got hold of someone at TransGlobal who told them the part is coming and should be there on December 31st
December 31 2015: No part. Still no word from TransGlobal on when the oven will be fixed.
February 2 2015: No one still has not been able to tell my parents where their part is, when their oven will be fixed, or what the delay is.
Overall, the customer service is deplorable, and their wait times for service are completely unacceptable.
I would NEVER recommend this company and would tell anyone that is thinking of purchasing their service from Enercare to RUN.
To say I'm disgusted with them is an understatement.
