Now waiting for the third visit from TransGlobal in Edmonton - Fridgidaire freezer has been leaking water every few days. Still not fixed. Repairman is friendly enough - just doesn't know what to do. consistently tell you that they will call you to book a specific time to do the service call and then consistently miss the time (4 hour windows usually - wasting DAY's trying to get this fixed. I've now escalated to Electrolux (which owns Fridgidaire brand) and asked for a new freezer - but wait - they have to send the repairman prior to determining replacement or further action - last time he was here he looked at the freezer and admitted he didn't know what to do and would call the manufacturer - and to call them in a couple of days to find out what they heard. I called and the repair had been closed as RESOLVED!!! I'm guessing they get paid based on there ability to close repair tickets! Really not good - but Electrolux has a service contract with them - pray you never have to use it!
