An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Working with Trans Moving was great; they made a stressful cross-country move from Calgary to Toronto as easy as possible. Everyone I dealt with during the whole moving
process was always completely professional, and extremely helpful. The office staff kept me informed and updated with emails and phone calls
during every step of the process. They were also very accommodating to the delivery rules of my new apartment building: since we cannot move in on weekends, the delivery window
for my things was extended by a few days.
On the day of my pick-up, the movers arrived almost immediately at the start of my appointment window and did a very thorough job wrapping each piece of furniture.
Overall, I was extremely happy with Trans Moving service, and highly recommend them.
