Great work and very professional. The install team took care of everything, the kept us involved and asked our opinion on finishing touches. They worked really hard all day and our kitchen is absolutely beautiful. Thank you!

Rose was my project manager and she was absolutely wonderful. Knowledgeable and easy to work with, I couldn't have asked for a better person to manage the renovation of my home. It was a great collaboration in designing my space and I'm thrilled with the results. Additionally, the people Rose works with at Modus and the tradespeople they use who worked in my home were all lovely and friendly people, professional and knew what they were doing. I always felt that I was in safe hands. We remained basically on schedule and, though I haven't received the final bill yet, I'm not expecting any surprises since Rose was always very good at letting me know about the few price differentials during the process. I have recommended Modus, and Rose specifically, to a few people I know who are looking at renovating their homes and I will continue to do so.

We gave them the measurement of the IKEA cabinets.
Were told one price. Agreed to it. They ended up not using almost 20 boxes of cabinets yet they added over 700.00 more than estimate.
Even charged extra for an insert that was part of the cabinet.
These guys are so dishonest.
The amount of their estimates is not on their contracts that you sign . So they can change the final cost to whatever they want.
Disgusting business practices.

Simon & his team were amazing. They were focused, efficient and explained everything as they were going. Also, explained issues fully as they arose and provided solutions. They work very well together and seem to have a great camaraderie between them.
I would not hesitate to have this team in my home again and would highly recommend them to anybody.

Just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how pleased we are with our kitchen installation by MODUS. This was our third IKEA kitchen and the second one MODUS installed.

Walter was the team lead and did an excellent job of guiding his team. He also had a couple of suggestions which were extremely helpful.
He checked the list of items against the plan and he told us about the items that were missing from the delivery so we could get them from the store right away.
His team was very professional, tidy and efficient. Our kitchen looks great and we owe it mostly to your installation team.
I also would like to thank you for a very pleasant experience we had with you helping us along the way. Excellent customer service.

These guys were fantastic from the first phone call with Sarah at Modus to the final one! The estimator Alfred spent 4 hours with us on the initial visit and did all the planning and measuring. Then Sergey and the demolition team did a fantastic job and were neat and clean with minimal mess when removing backsplash etc. We then discovered we needed some drywall repairs and he had a guy here on a Sunday to get the job done prior to a Tuesday installation. He also did a great job. The installation team headed by Walter were amazing, 6 guys were here on the dot of 9 am as promised and by 6 pm the same day our entire kitchen cabinets etc were beautifully installed complete with lighting and all the details. Truly lovely. Again they were great guys, super polite and nothing was too much trouble. On inspection the next few days there was a couple of very “minor” little things I wanted fine tuned before the countertops were installed and they came back another evening at 8 pm (after another job) and happily made sure everything was to our liking. We couldn’t believe our good luck in having all this work done by Modus so efficiently. A job very well done, kudos to them and I would not hesitate to use them again for anything we need done.

The team did an amazing job and we were extremely happy with the results and the outstanding effort that they put in. I had my doubts that it could be done in one day but they made it look easy. They were a great group of guys and it was a pleasure to have them in our house. I seriously can't say enough good things about them. They made me wish i worked for Modus and got to hang out with them everyday. They really seemed to enjoy their work which was great to see. Because of their knowledge and experience they were able to reuse different materials and cuttoff pieces to complete the job. This ended up savings us over $500 in material that we were able to return to IKEA. Amazing!!!!

Very pleased with the entire team. Showed true dedication n professionalism. Our designer's kitchen plan was spot on; the demolition team were very efficient n did a great job taking down the old cabinets and were very thorough with the cleanup afterwards. Our lead installer was also very very helpful during the installation phase. His crew did a wonderful job putting in the new cabinets .The entire phase of the project came through without a hitch . Thanks to all the staff for their tireless energy and great attitude.

Extremely pleased with final result. Except for some delivery delays ( not the fault of Modus ) work was done in a timely fashion by skilled professionals. Project manager Rose Kang was professional and supportive throughout the process. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Cabinets were from Ikea. A Modus planner came to create the design. A PM then came to put together a schedule and budget. Their team did the demolition, installed new cabinets, counter tops, backsplash and lighting. It took about 5 weeks from start to finish, mostly because of the 3 week wait for the countertops from measuring to installation - and it went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend using Modus.
