social good references good design good team and approach, but poor follow up.. have to phone over 100 times to fix the small problems. once they get their money they are out of there.. my wife and i have 3 homes and she lives in the toronto locale where the design was done. beautiful stuff but you could not get away with this in nyc, and not follow up.
