When we needed to replace 18 windows we did a lot of research and finally selected Windowland. Mike was very thorough in his presentation of the products and even arranged for us to meet the factory representative at Vinylbuilt. The windows were delivered on time as promised and the installation was done on time and went extremely well. In general we are pleased with the quality and value of the products, the transferable warranty , the honesty and professionalism of Windowland and their installation team.

It has been 2+ years and I am happy to review. We had 13 of our windows replaced of which 3 are over 6x5 feet and our rear patio door. Mike went out of his comfort level to find a specialty window we needed in one of the rooms. It was a tilt and turn fabrication. The larger windows had the openings (cranking) changed from the silly builders directions to functioning real world wind capturing directions. My parents used Mike this summer (2015) for their century home windows in Toronto and mom is ecstatic so far with hers. That will be another review in a couple of years. Thanks to Jerry and the crew. It was good to see them doing my parent's home and enjoying mom's cooking.

What a pleasant experience dealing with Mike and the install team. I have a house in Aurora and recently needed new windows. At first I have a good friend who is a sales rep for another Window company who I wanted to use. After discussions with my dad he told me to think about using Mike as he has done all the windows for my parents house. Right after speaking to Mike he had given me better pricing and higher quality windows then my friend was doing. Now to the install team. After two times of having to cancel because of rain which they did not cancel on the phone they showed up both days to start the job but weather did not allow. I recently did stucco to the house and needed to replace the windows. The problem with the stucco install was they went right to the window and left no room for windows to be installed. This required the install team to do much more work to properly install the windows with no damage to the stucco. Not only did they do a fantastic job they also did more work at no additional cost to me. They were extremely professional and kept everything clean after each work day. To be honest this is my first ever review I have written but I felt that this was such a good experience that I would like to share. If you are thinking of getting new windows I would suggest speaking to Mike and going with window land. They are class.

Old Bay Window was in bad shape and very old design and odd size,
Ibrahim and Mike offered me best suggestions and very competitive price.
Job was completed in time and to our satisfaction.
It is a Triple Glass Window excellent quality.

Mike and his men were on time, polite, and quick. Clean up was done ASAP.
They left with a very happy customer and I would recommend them to anyone. Installation was professional so I recommended them to a friend and she also was very happy and she recommended Window land to here brother in law. Three very happy customers.

I found the installation process less troublesome than I expected. The workers were all VERY polite. They arrived on time, on the day they were booked for and didn't leave any mess or debris!.

The doors are easy to open or lock, and slide easily, and the foot lock means we can leave it open just a little while we are out and not worry about security.

Our hydro bill has dropped quite a lot, and this can only be because of the windows.

My wife and I met with 5 different window vendors in the GTA. 8 windows front door and patio door. After meeting Mike and his team they answered all our questions, and provided us with a very competitive quote ( we did not go with the least expensive option but did find more value and extras/upgrades with Mike's quote). Working on a home that had 40 year old window frames we were worried what they would find, once his team arrived and I saw their attention to detail and making sure every inch of every window was custom fit sealed and finished I was amazed at the craftsmanship and most importantly the care they took on this project. Left all areas clean once the job was done and came in on budget and on time. Mike and his team are true professionals and delivered what was contracted. I know its going to be a much warmer winter and cooler summer with the new windows. Thank you Mike and team just a wonderful experience. 10 out 10

Mike the owner was very knowledgeable and provided detailed window information for initial decision. Chose Window Land over 4 others based on price and perceived window quality. Jerry the installer and his team were on time, and covered all floors and carpet before starting. Were diligent on squaring up the frames and were very clean in taking away all the mess. Even filled the nail holes on the framing. Overall, extremely satisfied and would recommend to friends and family.
