THIS COMPANY COMPLETED JOB IN JULY 2005. GAVE ME WRITTTEN GUARANTEE FOR 20 YEARS. DISCOVERED BASEMENT LEAK IN JUNE 2017 AND CALLED COMPANY. TOLD ME THEY ARE NO LONGER IN BUSINESS AND HUNG UP. CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AFTER - THEY DON'T ANSWER PHONE. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET.
IN THE PROCESS OF HIRING A PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR TO DO THE JOB PROPERLY.

They do not fulfill their contractual committments. They do not finish the job as per their contract. They do not know Ontario Building Codes and are a real threat to safety. They tore down supports in house without the proper replacements in place. They do not show up when they are scheduled. They take your money and leave clients extremely dissatisfied. I could go on and on but it makes my blood boil.

They did a 8 foot long area. Cost us $2,000. We called and called for them to come and finish the job. We still had the same problem with water and they refused to deal with it. We had to call Canadian Drain in to do the whole wall(great job) and when they dug in to do the waterproofing Jam had only put a vinyl sheet on the wall!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hired JAM Waterproofing to waterproof my home. Initially, I was told that it would take two weeks. After many many delays and no shows, the job was completed in four months. There were countless absences when they would just disappear without any warning. The work was finally completed but they failed to return to fix some grading problems which they said they would do. I would not recommend them to anyone.
