Install Washlet on a Toto Toilet

Valentine came and installed a washlet (bidet seat) on a Toto toilet that another contractor refused to touch, saying the toilet needed to be removed. Valentine figured out a way to do it without removing the toilet and is very professional and pleasant to deal with. Will use their service again for sure.
