Technician Michael arrived as scheduled; diagnosed the issue; provided and estimate and completed the work. All done in less that an hour.
Very satisfied with Michael's approach and diligence.
Pros: quick response from my HomeStars request; complete follow up and timely appointment.
Cons: pricy! $500 for a simple quarter turn ball valve seems high;

Michael was prompt, helpful, friendly. He offered up helpful possible alternatives to the problem we were facing.

This is second time I have used Waterworks. Michael and Ethan are excellent plumbers. They pay attention to detail and complete the work efficiently. This was my second service with Waterworks and, again, it did not disappoint. Alijah and his assistant trainee, Hashim, were efficient and courteous. Alijah is knowledgeable and competent. He always listened to me and explained accordingly. Rupinder, my first and last point of contact, has terrific customer service skills. I will continue to use this company .

Found and fixed the source of a water leak in the basement. Rupinder was very kind and attentive in terms of keeping me up to date with the schedule. Alinja was professional and quick in figuring out the problem and addressing it.

I had to replace a pipe fitting and install my new washing machine. Rupinder was great in ensuring it was fixed immediately and Ethan who was the service technician was friendly, knowledgable and very skilled and ensure everything was done to ensure it was all fixed up and explained things along the way! Great experience and would reccommend!

Excellent Service, we called them with an emergency plumbing issue. They we reasonably priced, quick and knowledgeable. They warrantied their work and were very transparent about pricing. Hopefully we won't have a need for them in the future however should we have another plumbing issue we will be sure to call them.

I called late on a Monday night and Rupinder returned my call immediately and had a technician Elijah at our condo before lunch on Tuesday. He fixed our initial problem quickly and when I gave him another problem to fix he started the job and then realized he didnt a part . He gave us a quick fix and promised to return on Wednesday morning.He returned early Wednesday and fixed the problem within an hour and left the area more clean and tidy than it was before he arrived! Rupinder was very attentive giving us update on arrival times and status of parts and checked after the job to ensure our satisfaction.
Overall a good experience.

Arrived home after vacation to find our laundry and kitchen sinks weren't draining. Yikes! Called Rupinder Monday morning and she arranged for Michael to come that afternoon. Michael quickly assessed the cause of the blockage. Twenty-plus feet of snaking later, the blockage was gone. Michael even tidied up afterward so that you would never know the wall hiding our plumbing stack was opened up. He also recommended Bio-Clean drain cleaner which I am using going forward to keep our pipes happy and clog-free. Not long after Michael left, Rupinder followed up with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied with their service. Fantastic experience with Michael and Rupinder and I won't hesitate to use WaterWorks again.

Michael is a master plumber and did a thorough job. He did so much more then your typical plumber. He also did a water expect ion and told me that my toilet was wasting water which I wasn't aware. Even though it wasn't cheap but the quality of service is very good. Also, Rupinder who is on the phone is very nice to deal with.
