What began as a basic request to have my light switches updated, quickly turned into a much larger project. Joseph came across two potentially unsafe findings. He provided me with education about my options, in regard to the kitchen issue. He also took time to explain and show me the issues of concern, in regard to my front entrance. Given the scope of these newly discovered findings, I fully expected the required work to take much longer to complete. Joseph is very skilled and was very organized in how he approached the required trouble shooting. He demonstrated the same work ethic as his father and was able to make the required corrections in a fraction of the time, compared to what I expected. In addition, he was also able to accommodate an extra last minute service request. Ive used Java Electric before.
