Luc is the real deal, a straight arrow who knows his business. He quoted on and then repaired a botched roofing job done ten years ago. The young guys who did the job were great. We are delighted with the result. You can't go wrong with this guy

We were experiencing water damage in our house. We contacted Luc to inspect our roof. He came by to inspect our roof, chimney, and eavestrough and prioritize the repairs by urgency. We decided to do the chimney first and Luc gave us a contact for a chimney guy. We were so pleased with the chimney work and decided to ahead with replacement of eavestrough. Luc's team arrived promptly and begin work with new eavestrough for my house. Luc's team were extremely professional and meticulous with their workmanship. Afterwards, cleaned up my and my neighbours driveway thoroughly. Throughout this whole process, we were very happy with the whole project. We highly recommend Luc's Roofing Ltd to anyone who need to get roofing and related work done.

I contracted with Luc's roofing to replace a flat roof on our garage. The team completed the job in one long day after finding more rotten wood to be replaced than had been expected. They were courteous, efficient and cleaned up very thoroughly. I plan to call them in the future.

We had Luc's Roofing put a new roof on our house. There were a lot of difficult issues to deal with.
First there were two layers of old shingles to be removed. There was virtually no room to put them as our house is very close to the road with foundation planting taking up what space ther is. Basically he had to put them on the driveway which is short and thus little room
Second the pitch on the roof is very steep and was a real challenge for the roofers. A lot of scafolding was needed.
Third. We were away when the job was done but Luc kept us apprised as the work was being done.
The result was an absolutely superb job. And he left our place spotless!
On scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest, I give Luc's Roofing a 10.

The crew from Luc's Roofing were courteous, arrived on time, and were great to work with. They completed the job professionally and within the estimated time and cost, and cleaned up after the job so that you wouldn't know they had been there! We were completely satisfied with the work done by Luc's. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Luc to anyone.

Like many people with roof issues I was in a desperate situation, as my leak was threatening the existence of my new bathroom. Within 12 hours Luc had measured my roof, given me a formal quotation and had the repair scheduled within 72hours. Ironically of the 10 contractors I had called I only received 1 call back (a week after the work was completed) and several rude receptionists. The work itself has since held up to several thunderstorms and my issues are no longer.

We have had an ice problem on our dormer room for the past few years. We thought it was our eavestroughs. Luc cam by to give an estimate to replace the eavestroughs but told us they were in good shape and it would be a waste of our money. He suggested it's an issue with the insulation. We really appreciate Luc's honesty - a true professional.

Good value for money compared to the other 5 quotes. Luc went on the roof, took pictures of our problems and explained what he was going to do and why. Ben and his crew were very courteous to our neighbours so they knew what to expect beforehand. Our yard was cleaner after they finished than before. After they finished the new roof they came back promptly to look after a minor problem. We give them a rating of 110% in all aspects of the process.

Luc's came highly recommended and lived up to that - and more! Our crew, headed by Ben, were friendly, pleasant to everyone and professional in everything. They used barriers and tarps to protect our property and our neighbour's property too. They checked the driveway for nails before use every time and were careful with everything of ours which they moved out of harm's way. The result looks good and was completed within the projected timeframe.

We needed to have our eaves troughs and downspouts replaced. Decision was easy - Luc's Roofing. We'd previously had them in to re-roof a section of our roof a couple of years ago.
