When I decided to replace my existing roof after few failed attempts of patching weather-beaten shingles by no-name contractors, I checked HomeStars for top-reviewed companies. From a few companies I contacted, Luc’s Roofing was the most organized, promptly responsive and nice to deal with. When Luc came to see the roof, he did a great job checking for all existing problems. After detailed explanation and discussion of what should be done, Luc handed me a printed on the spot contract. The work started on time and was nicely done. The team was extremely accurate dealing with my front and back yard plants, left the place clean and tidy. Luc’s Roofing did a fantastic job, they are not just experienced professionals but also very nice guys to deal with. Praises to Luc for his management and tech savvy skills, it’s a pleasure to chat with him and not only about roofing :-)

We live in a townhouse. We had some water damage 1 1/2 years ago. At that time the insurer said the roof was good for another 20 years. We had our roof cleaned regularly of all leaves and other material that could obstruct the eaves. With the major rainfall this past summer here in Toronto, we again had water entering the house. We asked Luc the owner for a second opinion. He was prompt with his assessment and he took pictures of our roof, to explain the work he recommended to be carried out. He pointed out the original plywood supporting the surface was rotting, along with a number of other observations. We felt very confident that the roof would be expertly finished. His team were punctual, meticulous, and the finished product beyond our expectations. They were very thorough. The follow-up by Luc C., the owner, was over and above. He came to see the work, took pictures when the work was almost completed. I have no hesitation in recommending Luc and his team. if you are having recurring roof problems, and want a high quality of workmanship, you will have come to the right place. It is on the expensive side but it is worth it, because our roofing problem has been resolved. He has been working with his same team for well over 10 years.

Luc responded to our call quickly and came out on short notice. He did a much more thorough inspection of our roof than the other roofers we called, and provided a detailed estimate which he fully explained. Ben and the team did an excellent job, were considerate and courteous, and were extremely careful to prevent damage to our property.

I was told from the fellow who cleans my eaves troughs that i needed a new roof this year. I called Luc as he was highly recommended to me from a person who knows a lot of reputable contractors. Luc showed up when he said he would and after further examination, told me i did not need a new roof. Luc said I could get another 3 years out of my roof provided he did some caulking work with a good quality caulking product. Wow, was i ever excited! Luc is very professional and clearly a very honest man. I will definitely be contacting him in 3 years to redo my roof. Now i get to spend the money i would have spent on my roof on my driveway. We recently contracted with Luc's roofing to replace the shingles on our roof. The work involved removing and replacing two layers of shingles, some roof boards and installing new vents.

The work was on time and on budget.

The guys took extra care to protect our property (windows, garden, etc.) from damage and they took extra care to clean up at the end.

Over the past 20 years Luc has replaced the roof on two of our houses. He did a great job so when our eaves needed replacing this year, I again turned to Luc and am very satisfied with the work his team did. Luc always goes above and beyond - he even came by on Christmas Eve one year to help us with an ice back up problem!
