As a returning client, I think Vahn did excellent job for us. He showed us all the issues he had found and explained how to mitigate the potential risks. Buying a house is a big deal, with Vahn's inspection report, we have a better idea of the house situation and feel confident to fulfil the inspection condition. I recommend!
