Vahn was very informative, helpful and thorough. He spent more than three hours going around, over and through the house. He did his assessments, then explained his findings during the inspection itself. The next day he sent a 76 page document that explained in detail all his findings, with photographs for clarity. The document described the most important to the least important concerns and contained several references and links to further describe and clarify his findings. We felt more confident buying our home knowing what to expect, what to fix, and when to do it. We will definitely recommend Vahn's Solex Group to others. We felt it was money well spent and we appreciate the work that went into his inspection and the very thorough and descriptive report we received so quickly which will be a personal home reference manual worth keeping and consulting. Thanks Cynthia, the review is much appreciated. I still shake my head when I hear people tell me their last home inspection took 1.5 hrs. I call that "just looking around".
