Carpet & Rug Cleaning & Repairing review in

We have a basement apartment and after our former tenants moved out, the carpet was in horrible condition. There were stains all over the carpet and unbeknown to us, they had let their puppy use the carpet as his toilet. We were positive after cleaning the carpet ourselves, that it would have to be replaced. However, we decided to give Parma Cleaning a call as the carpet was only 3 years old. He arrived on time, was extremely polite and professional and the cleaning job was superb. He removed all the stains and the carpet looks brand new. Even the apartment smells fresh and clean.
