We interviewed many contractors for the bathroom we wanted in the basement of our newly purchased home that was built in 1973. Some called us back some did not. CSI showed up and gave a thorough explanation of what would take place and made some excellent suggestions based on their experience that would give a more pleasing result. It was a big project that required taking out the old concrete floor and removing some of the old drains and laying new pipe. After having met the CSI team I knew we would use them. You get a feeling when you meet certain people and we both had a good feeling with CSI. CSI more than met our expectations and we would recommend them and use them again for any project large or small.

we changed our kitchen sink & garburator, changed the sink to a new one and re-piped all the plumbing and re-located the garb and even re- wired it ....fantastic ...very pleased

The basement washtub faucets were leaking. In addition to replacing the faucets it was recommended that shut-off valves be added and the old copper piping be replaced as the previous owner had made multiple changes. This was a great idea as the water supply for the washing machine was serviced through here. Not only was this work done in a very professional manner but superior customer service skills were displayed which made the complete experience enjoyable. Highly recommended to all.

I needed some bathroom renovations done and appliances installed. CSI plumbing delivered, professional work, everything was made to code, he made functionality suggestions, well mannered, even cleaned his area work once completed. He definitely changed my mind about plumbers.
