Maxguard alarm and security company

Six Months ago I renewed my contract with this company. The reason why I Decided to do this was because my old system was outdated. since it was old it would randomly go off causing such a stressful moments in my house. I called Maxguard and at first they tried fixing the system but it was pointless so I decided to upgrade the system and go fro a new one. The new system was installed promptly, the technician showed up on time but he was rude and unfriendly. That changed the entire experience I had with this company. They should have better technicians. Overall the service quality from their calling center is great.
